Will someone come out to me to complete a survey/quote?
All our surveys and quotes are completed in person by our fully trained team of field service engineers. We will arrange a date/time that is most convenient for you.
How much does a stairlift/through floor lift/beds/hoist cost?
The prices of equipment will vary. Once our in-depth survey is completed we will provide you with a detailed and fully comprehensive quote that means there will be no hidden costs or surprises down the line.

What are the lead times for the installation of equipment?
This can drastically vary from product to product. When providing your quotation we will explain what you can expect from current lead times.
Our team have frequent communication with supplier so will update you if anything is to change with your lead times.
Do I get a warranty on my equipment?
All equipment comes with a standard 1 year manufacturer’s warranty. Extended warranties are available upon request.
My mobility equipment was fitted by another company. Can you still service and maintain it?
Yes, we can. To ensure we provide the best service we will provide a fully comprehensive first report.
